A few tips for correctly finding your head size:
Get a friend's help! It makes it easier.
You should measure the circumference of your head half way up your forehead and one finger’s width above your ears. Pull the tape to about the tightness you would like to wear a hat. (You can use a string and then measure it if you don't have a tape) Take this measurement 3 times or until you get a consistent reading.
Tell us this measurement to the nearest 1/8th inch and we’ll select the appropriate hat size for you.

(Remember, you can size your hat smaller yourself if it is a bit on the big size.)
 X-Small and XXX-Large are custom made to order. Thus, there's a $10 upcharge for a hat in these sizes.
Please include all info possible such as how you came up with the requested size.
I.e. "I have another Head 'N Home hat in the Breeze style" or "I got the size from my Stetson hat."
Any info you have will help us in determining your exact size in the style you are ordering.
Should you be unhappy with either the fit or any other aspect of your hat simply return it to us for a full refund - no questions asked.
Comfort-Fit Adjustable Sizing System
Whisks away moisture, dries fast, & allows cooling air flow.
All of our hats can be custom fitted. Our unlined leather hats and combination leather and mesh hats come with a thin Cush‘N Air Anti-Sweat Liner attached to the velcro inside the crown. If hat is too big, remove the thin liner and replace with the 1/2 size reducer (Black) or if necessary the full size reducer (Green). For comfort, be sure Anti-Sweat Liner (Sizer) completely covers the velcro tabs.

Custom Fit Options:
If hat is too big, remove the standard liner and replace with the Black Sizer for 1/2 size smaller, or use the Green Sizer for one full size reduction. Cover velcro completely for comfort.
If further reduction is necessary, place our self sticking sizer in the back of the hat. This sizer is not removable.
Washable:
To clean liner, hand wash in mild soap, rinse well, and layout flat to dry.
