In order to make this process as efficient as possible, please fill out the form below so that a Return Order Number can be assigned to you. All returns are subject to the following policies and restrictions.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Product Return Form and a Return Order Number. Returns received without a RoN form will not receive credit.
- Customer pays shipping costs on all but defective returns.
- Goods may not be returned for refund except within conditions listed above.
- Custom Orders, such as X Small, XXX Large sizes, Logo hats, hats not in current catalog and special colors are non-returnable items.
- Violation of terms will void this return policy.
