The Cool Mesh & Leather Hat Collection consists of our popular open crown series of Cool hats. The Crown (the part of the hat that goes around the head between the brim and the top) is made entirely of our virtually bullet proof nylon mesh. The hats in this collection provide the ultimate in cooling air flow and they are lightweight, crushable, waterproof and give you 100% UV protection from the brim and top.

Enhanced Mesh and Leather Hats
The Enhanced Mesh and Leather Hat Collection takes our Monterey Bay Breeze to the next level. The all mesh crown has been embellished with a decorative and functional appliqué that matches the sueded leather rim and top. This stitched on leather piece gives more sun protection and strengthens the crown, while adding a distinctive style unique to our brand of hats. Each appliqué is hand picked to match for color and texture, creating a look that can be proudly worn anywhere. Hats in this collection are lightweight, crushable, waterproof and give you 100% UV protection from the brim and top.

All Mesh Hats
This collection is a series of all mesh hats. The brim and top of the hat have a fabric laminated to the mesh, while the crown is an airy, open mesh to provide cooling airflow. All the hats in this collection are both resilient and washable in other words- they take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’. These hats are our lightest weight models. They are crushable, waterproof and give you great UV protection.

The Outback Western All Leather Hat Collection of hats is where our old time standards made of 100% leather can be found. They include the smooth finished leather models that made us famous, split suede cowhide, pigskin leather, and combinations of the above. Designer Mesh & Leather Hats
The Designer Mesh & Leather Hat Collection features our finest of the cool mesh hats. Exciting and stylish colors make these hats a perfect choice when looking your best is the order of the day. To the crown of each hat we have applied a two tone appliqué and double stitched it for a super look. The accent color under the brim matches the color framing the appliqué. To enhance each hat, we have laminated a suede liner to the brim, which gives the hat a more finished appearance and allows a greater degree of custom shaping.

Our Top Hats Collection is inspired by classic 19th century styling with a little gothic subculture thrown in. The Top Hats has a range in height from 4 to 6 1/2 inches of crown and the brim can range from 2 to 4 inches. The collection ranges from a classic cylindrical Top Hat to a version of this that should not be worn to meet your future "Mother-in-law"

Rory Sabbatini has taken our Designer Mesh Collection and made it his own. We have made these hats to his specifications and wears them with style and class.
