100% AMERICAN MADE: All hats and hat bands are handmade right here at our shop in Freedom, California. All the leathers and materials (even down to the thread) are 100% American made.   We call our styling California-Aussie.  It has that Downunder look, but carries a quality and style you can only find made by us up top Yankees. 

LIFETIME GUARANTEE: Each hat comes with a Lifetime Guarantee on workmanship and materials. There is also a satisfaction guarantee on anything you order. If it does not meet or exceed your expectations, simply return it within 10 days in new condition for a full refund. Also if the hat you order for yourself or someone else does not fit for any reason you may exchange it for the correct size.  The leathers we use be it top grain cowhide, soft elegant cowhide suede, supple sueded pigskin, fine goat skin, or lamb suede are the finest available anywhere in the world.  We are proud to put together a product that we can say is virtually indestructible.

EXTREME DURABILITY: Our hats handle weather without any problems. Rain or snow poses no worries for the wearer and with 100% UV Protection that applies to sunshine as well!   Many of our hats are fully crushable, washable, packable, and all offer great sun protection. (see collection descriptions) but we do recommend storing these, or any hats, in the shape you would like it to look like when you put it back on your head.

WATER RESISTANT: Lightweight, breathable leather and a unique double contour shape make the hat comfortable to wear. Wide variety of standard styles are available or you can create your own custom look by mixing hat bodies and hat bands.

ULTRA VIOLET PROTECTION: Our Leathers and suedes not only offer all season rain protection, but also offer 100% UV protection.  With a UPF of over 60 you will not get more sun protection from any headwear this light weight.  Our all mesh hats still block out over 80% of the sun’s harmful rays.  With skin cancer at record levels, our large brimmed hats offer an easy to wear solution that goes far in

COMFORT FIT SYSTEM: Our amazing comfort system we developed in 2002 is an innovative way to improve comfort and allows for sizing adjustments that make a perfect fit.  Each hat can be the custom sized to be the perfect fit.   The sweat band is also removable for easy cleaning or replacement.  This Velcro attaching system is one of our best features since it allows wearing comfort and flexibility in size adjustment.  How do we know?  Our faithful and loyal customers tell us EVERY time we see them.

HAT MAINTENANCE: A complete line of Hat Care & Maintenance provisions are available.   Our suede brushes, suede bars, hat stretchers, hat storage system, and shaping tools will keep your hats looking their very best.

ALL SEASON USE: Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, you will find a Head 'N Home hat to serve your needs.  Depending on where you live, many of our styles

UNIQUE APPLIQUÉS OF LEATHER, EXOTIC SKINS, FURS, AND TRIMS:  We have used every type of exotic leather imaginable.  Our current stable of leathers includes Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, South American Alligator Lizard, viper snake, and gorgeous prints on cowhide, pigskin, and goat skin.  Our exotic trimmed hats are some of the most impressive, talked about hats on the market today.

HATBAND SELECTION:  We offer a beautiful selection of hatbands that are self adjusting so they will fit on virtually any hat.  We have leather bands, Conchos made from genuine old coins, bands beaded with bone, glass and seed beads, horsehair bands, and silver trims.
